Flat monthly fee
$30 / month for a church of <150 regular attenders
$50 / month for a church of 150-300 regular attenders
$100 / month for a church of 300+ regular attenders
Transaction fees - can be optionally (or required to be) covered by the giver, or entirely covered by the church
1) A visitor makes a $100 online donation and chooses to make the payment via her checking account. The fee will be $1.50 (1.5% of $100), plus a .$30 transaction fee. She decides to cover the fee on behalf of the church. The total cost to the church will be $0, $1.80 will be added to her donation for a total donation of $101.80, and your account will be credited with $100.
2) A visitor makes a $100 online donation and chooses to make the payment via a credit or debit card. The fee will be $3.50 (3.5% of $100), plus a .$30 transaction fee. The visitor decides not to cover the fee. The total cost to your church will be $3.80, and your account will be credited with $96.20.
